Job Description:
• Handle all aspects of an order from initial inquiries and providing quotes to customer follow-up after an order has been received by the customer • Research and source cost effective, creative merchandise, domestically and overseas • Prepare eye catching quotes and presentations for sales • Multi-tasking while continuing to re-prioritize daily/weekly workload • Handle detailed order entry, scheduling and tracking • Negotiate best pricing from factory partners for daily turns and global programs • Assist with internal/external marketing efforts such as social media and email marketing campaigns, event planning etc. • Utilize Graphic Design skills to size and position customer artwork within Adobe Illustrator to assist with the creation of virtual proofs, create new designs and artwork as required by the program both internally and externally • Set up E-commerce storefronts with branded apparel and products • General Administrative and project management duties as required D
Experience Required:
Undergraduate degree. Concentration in graphic design and marketing, Experience in a marketing, advertising, or sales environment is a plus. Project management and organizational skills and the demonstrated ability to work as a team player. Listening, creative thinking, creative problem solving, attention to detail, Utilize creative and design skills to formulate concepts for clients Developing, designing and producing graphic art that satisfies a creative brief Meeting tight deadlines and staying within budget Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign and powerpoint Knowledge of color and production Fashion sense a plus Can work independently, is self driven and a creative mindset bringing clients ideas to print
