Event Description: In collaboration with Andover Reads at Memorial Hall Library and inspired by The Boys in the Boat by Daniel James Brown, Addison Curatorial Assistant Kelley Tialiou will explore the role of boating in American culture through paintings, watercolors, photographs, and sketches by such artists as Mary Cassatt, Stuart Davis, Winslow Homer, John La Farge, Charles Sheeler, and Stuart Travis from the Addison’s collection and beyond. Meet in the Museum Learning Center. Free and open to the public.
