Event Description: Each year, the Legacy of Leading pays tribute to those in our community who show great support of the health and wellbeing of the Greater Merrimack Valley communities, as well as a commitment to the mission of the agencies of Home Health Foundation. Join Home Health Foundation for a dinner to recognize these important partners.
