On March 27, Tuscan Kitchen in Salem will debut our new "Regional Wine Dinner Series." Hosted on the last the last Wednesday of each month, the collection of monthly events will feature four courses of wine and cuisine inspired by Italy's most celebrated regions as hosted by chef Mario Amaral and wine director Joe Comforti. The inaugural event will highlight food and drink from Tuscany.
