Bay Path University’s Special Education Administrator program is like no other in the state of Massachusetts. Our unique coursework was designed to look at administration through the lens of special education. Whether you are seeking your administrator license or are already serving in the role, this curriculum meets the professional standards for leadership to promote the learning and growth of all students and success of all staff. Dr. Judy Levin-Charns will lead the presentation. Prior to joining Bay Path as the Program Coordinator for the Special Education Administrator Program, Dr. Levin-Charns was an Assistant Superintendent for Student Services in the Newton Public Schools for eight years. Previously, she was the Assistant Superintendent for Student Services in the Sharon Public Schools. She received a BA from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in Psychology, an MS from Boston University in Speech/Language Pathology and an EdD from Boston University in Reading and Language – Program in Applied Psycholinguistics.
