Food Vendor $250 – must contact Andover Health Department for a temporary food permit

Preferred Location: will try to accommodate on a first come/first serve basis
Fee is expected at time of sign up via credit card. If you would like to pay by check, checks must be made out to the Merrimack Valley Chamber of Commerce. Checks must be sent via mail or dropped off in person to Ann Ormond, Town of Andover, 36 Bartlet Street, Andover, MA 01810, attention Planning Department, ground/first floor. Your booth space will not be reserved until credit card or check payment is received. Must be received by Monday, July 11th, 2022.
Placement and tent assignment are based on first come/first serve with consideration given to Main Street brick and mortar businesses. Registration fee includes: street placement 10 x 10 tent with (1) 6-foot table and (2) folding chairs. A limited number of banner frames are available to reserve at an additional cost of $35. (see dimensions below)
Vendors are not allowed to use their own tents due to safety, permitting and inspectional requirements.
Banners dimensions:
No longer than 9’ 6” and no taller than 3’ in height. One grommet in each corner is required.
Banners (clearly labeled with your business name) will need to be dropped at Town Offices, 36 Bartlet Street, ground/first floor in Community Development and Planning, attention Ann Ormond.
