This company has been a disappointment. Since May of last year, they've been attempting to repair the ice maker in my fridge, but their efforts have only resulted in making the situation worse. Despite shelling out $315, I'm still left with a malfunctioning appliance, waiting for them to fulfill their end of the repair. Their prolonged delay and inability to rectify the issue have made me highly skeptical of their competence and reliability.

We just started using Victor and he has been excellent to work with for repairs. Always on time, does what he says and comes prepared to get the job completed.

He and his worker were always masked and kept the appropriate distance.

We will definitely use him again!

I just met Mr. Moreno today along with his coworker which I didn't get his name, they were very pleasant and efficient. I am very pleased with the service he provided and definitely will call on him again for what ever repairs I need. Very reasonable repair costs. So glad I made his acquaintance.

I contacted Moderno through here to fix a burner on my stove. They responded right away and scheduled the visit as requested.

The service man called to check if he could come earlier than expected the day of, I read happy he did! Two men arrived, very polite and professional. They fixed my stove in no time, which is great because they charge by the hour.

I also mentioned that I was looking to replace a couple of appliances, he said he would contact his office to see that they sent me options because they sell them too. I received an email shorty after with options.

Overall, great experience and would recommend them to others.

I was in need of a new washing machine during Covid-19 times when service, repair, delivery was generally slowed down.
Not here. I stopped, shopped, and the machine was delivered the very next day. Victor displays wonderful customer service qualities. He is efficient and knowledgable and shows that he cares.
The machine he offered in his store has all-around high ratings and the price I paid was compatible with the big stores.
I have to say this was an all-around perfect transaction - couldn't be happier!

Victor is an excellent appliance technician, he has worked on several of my appliances over the last few years, he does amazing work!!!!

I met the owner and his wife, with whom I work. After hearing such lovely things about the shop and how they use good quality appliances for resale, I decided to check it out. The store inside and out look well kept and the appliances are modern! The owner was very kind and patient. He answered my questions and offered to bring in specific appliances just for me, with honest timelines and prices for each. Worth a look for renters and homeowners that are looking forward to an alternative from retail sales in hardware stores or malls.
